Symbol: 4 letters III (Sh) of the Russian alphabet, forming a swastika-like pattern. This pattern is found on a variety of ancient articrafts (especially bowls) throughout Eurasia. For instance, a bowl with this symbol on its bottom, found in Moldova's Carpathian Mountains, belongs to a culture that flourished between 4500 and 3750 BC. In other words, 6000 years ago this powerful symbol was already widely used to represent the turning of the Sun around the Earth, or, more generally, turning around the center - the principle lying in the foundation of our Universe, from atoms to galaxies.

Wood: basswood (Tilia cordata).

Dimensions: 4 x 5 1/4 x 2 in (10 x 13 x 5,7 cm)
