Thank you for your interest in our carvings! To order a carving that is for sale, please follow these ordering steps: 1. Check carving's availability: At this time, a number of cookie molds are available for sale. We do our best to keep this web-site's listings of available carvings up to date. However, each carving is unique and is never "stocked" - so it is best to make sure it was not sold a day before. Please note the carving's number and e-mail us at Låî@RingingCedar.ñîm (e-mail encrypted to prevent spam; do not cut and paste it, type it by hand). Please include your shipping address in your e-mail. For ordering carvings that are not listed "for sale", please refer to the frequently asked questions below. |

2. Payment:
You can pay by personal check, money order, credit card (through PayPal), or PayPal. We will promptly confirm the carvings's availability and will send you payment instructions.
3. Shipment:
After we receive your payment, your carving will be carefully packed and promptly shipped to you via an insured shipping method. Shipping costs vary depending on your carving & size. You will be provided the shipment total after we confirm your order. If you order multiple items, we gladly combine the shipment to save you on shipping costs.
4. Returns:
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your carving, you may return it (postage paid) within 7 days of receiving it, in its original unused state, for a full 100% refund of the purchase price. Shipment costs are not refundable.
Frequently asked questions about ordering our carvings
Question: can I order a carving I liked if it is not listed "for sale".
Answer: Each carving is absolutely unique, carved only once, so if it is not listed as available for sale, you cannot order this particular carving. However, if you especially like a certain symbol, I will probably be able to carve it for you. Question: What does "suggested price" of a carving mean?
Answer: "Suggested price" is my estimate of how much a particular carving is worth given complexity of design, the wood used and the amount of work I put into it. However, if you think the suggested price is too low, I a may be able to accept a higher price :)
Question: I would love to own one of your molds, but find them too expensive!
Answer: All my carvings are 100% handcrafted. I only use best available materials (wood, natural beeswax, organic linseed oil). I do not use any electrical tools (which kill all the enjoyment of carving) to speed up the carving process. It therefore takes a lot of time to carve even a small cookie mold, but it is blessed by the warmth of human hands and my joy of carving it. I do understand, however, that my carvings may be expensive for many people. It is for this reason that each month I offer one carving with a substantial discount off the "suggested price". (For details, please see carving of the month page.)
Question: I have a drawing of a carving design I particularly like. Can you make a carving to my design?

Question: Why don't you have a shopping cart on your web-site?
Answer: A shopping cart is too impersonal and would not allow us to get to know people who purchase our molds. Also, since each carving is unique, we would like you to contact us first to guarantee its availability.
